A link, not a password.
- It arrives by email
- To the address on your account, within a minute or two. If nothing comes, check the address with your administrator rather than asking again.
- It works once
- Following the link uses it up, and asking for another replaces the one before. Always use the most recent email.
- Nobody sees your password
- Not your administrator, and not anybody at Fin&CGX. A reset link exists so a password never has to be passed along in a message.
Fin&CGX facilitates the loan. It is not the lender.
